i17creator provides digital content creation, including but not limited to:

• Social media reels
• Business promotional videos
• Event coverage (video + photos)
• Influencer content packages

Delivery timelines range between 12–48 hours, depending on the package selected. Revision allowances are included as stated in each package description.

• Pricing for services is displayed on our website and may change without prior notice.
• Payments are required upfront unless otherwise agreed.
• Add-ons (such as extra reels, same-day delivery, or additional coverage) may incur additional fees.

• We stand by the quality of our work.
• Each package includes a specific number of revisions.
• If you are not satisfied after revisions, you may request a full refund.
• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

• Provide accurate information, assets (logos, brand guidelines), and approvals in a timely manner.
• Ensure you have the right to use any third-party content you supply (music, images, trademarks).

• i17creator retains ownership of content until full payment is received.
• Once paid in full, the client owns rights to the final deliverables.
• i17creator reserves the right to showcase non-confidential work in its portfolio, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

• i17creator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages (loss of sales, revenue, or followers).
• Services are provided "as is" with professional best efforts.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
